University of Basra Council Holds Its Fifteenth Morning Session to Discuss the Scientific and Academic Reality

The University  of  Basra Council, chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim Al-Asadi, held its fifteenth morning session in the presence of the University President’s assistants, the Council Secretary, and its members.
